Tucked into the back corner of the original portion of the house, and decorated in warm, buttery hues, “Lynn’s Hideaway” is like your favorite cozy room at Grandma’s house. (You know…the one she’d fix up every time you’d stay over.) A view of the side lawn, gardens, and our towering 200 year old trees add to the air of restorative seclusion.
Our Innkeepers’ favorite room offers the best of both worlds! “Dorothy’s Retreat” takes the same West Mountain view as the “Whitney,” combines it with the garden view of the “Lynn,” and serves them up in a serene oasis of blue. A seating area with small table helps to round out this perfect blend of airiness and cozy comfort.
Swathed in soothing shades of sage green, the focal point of “Whitney’s View” is a wide bay window overlooking the expansive front lawn and, beyond it, West Mountain. As fresh and clean as a Vermont breeze, a stay in this room will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle all the activities our area has to offer!
